Free door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa for purchases of R1500 and above.
Orders can be picked up from the Superella store in Melville, Johannesburg.
If your order is less than R1500, a R120 courier fee will be added to your order.
Please allow 5-15 business days from the date of order (as some garments are made-to-order).
return + exchange policy
You can either exchange for a credit note or a full refund. A credit note will be issued and is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date or a full refund can be processed. You will receive the credit note in the form of a voucher with the total purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.

If you wish to return or exchange items, the garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not damaged.
To request an exchange, please email superella66@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchanging or returning.
All returns and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item, in order for a return request to be processed. Customers are responsible for paying the return courier cost.
Once you receive your return approval notification via email, you can courier your package to the address provided via the confirmation email.
